Air Macau signs inflight duty free concession agreement with DFASS Group
Air Macau has signed a long-term concession agreement with inflight duty free concessionaire -The DFASS Group -beginning December 31, 2017.
“Our new partner will not only provide Air Macau passengers the access of a great variety of well-known global brands but also enhance the convenience of passenger’s shopping experience in the sky, through the next generation inflight handheld device being introduced by DFASS,” said Air Macau's Vice President Mr. Wu.
Lee Hwee Ming, Executive Vice President of DFASS Asia Pacific says, DFASS is honored to be entrusted by Air Macau on the partnership in this highly dynamic market. Since Air Macau is situated in the strategic position as the hub of the fast growing economy of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Greater Bay Area Initiatives, DFASS has confidence to bring Air Macau with new revenue streams and in the meantime give exciting marketing programs to both cabin crews and passengers of Air Macau.
“The partnership is the eighth concession contract for DFASS in Greater China, covering Mainland China, Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macau," said Hwee Ming.
In 2017, Air Macau carried near three million passengers on the routes from Chinese mainland, Taiwan and the cities in other Asian countries such as Korea, Japan, Thailand, Vietnam and to Macau.
