Clogau shines brightly this festive season with new ad campaign

Clogau’s Interlude campaign for the festive season is inspired by the grandeur, elegance and splendour of the opera

Welsh gold jewelry manufacturer Clogau has launched its Interlude campaign for the festive season, inspired by the grandeur, elegance and splendour of the opera.

As part of the campaign, Clogau unveiled its new Christmas TV advert on November 1, which alludes to all that is possible in a short space of time.

Filmed at Craig-Y-Nos castle, the former estate of opera singer Adelina Patti, Clogau seeks to tell a story of fantasy.

The 30-second and 10-second adverts will be aired to expose the brand to a new audience as well as establish a fresh appeal to an existing audience, celebrating timeless gifts, International Account Manager Aran Turner said.

The heightened awareness created by the nine-week campaign aims to increase Christmas footfall and sales among a strong retail partner network.

The brand will also host a competition to win over £16,000 (US$21,000) of jewelry featured in the ad, through its website (www.clogau.co.uk), its stores and participating retail partners.

The Welsh brand also launched its Christmas offer on November 1. This consists of a free Snowflake pendant or Past, Present, Future, The Spirit of Christmas bracelet with purchases of £229 (US$300) or more available through its website, Clogau stores and participating retail partners.

Set with Swarovski gemstones, both the pendant and bracelet retail at £139.
