The industry unites to combat ban
on duty free tobacco sales
Just days before the latest round of World Health Organization (WHO) negotiations, which are currently being held in Geneva to March 21, the European Travel Retail Council (ETRC), Airports Council International (ACI), the International Association of Airport Duty Free Stores (IAADFS), and the International Air Transport Association (IATA) released a joint statement rejecting anti-tobacco lobbyists’ unwarranted proposal for a worldwide ban on the sale of duty free tobacco
